Foyer

I brought back my old plastic faux bamboo motor that I painted BRIGHT gold and placed it in the foyer. I plan on painting it white to brighten up the sometimes dark entryway (right now the living room is bright as can be--but the foyer looks shadowy.

Or should I paint it black?

  1. LIKE THE MIRROR GOLD BUT YOU COULD LEAVE THE EDGES GOLD AND PAINT THE CENTER BLACK ....
PUT A PIECE OF LACE OR A RUNNER ON THE TABLE FOR YOUR BIT OF WHITE
WOULDN'T LIKE A MIRROR THE SAME SIZE ... SEVERAL SMALL ONES OR SEVERAL PHOTOS OR A SHELF OR TWO WITH DOO-DADS AND PHOTOS ....

    1. I don't know about black and gold. Sounds a bit funky even for me (and Saints colors, boo!). as for the lace-- that is a definite maybe. I plan on using white lace in the dining room, so we will see if I have a runner.

    2. And the problem is that the natural light hits the wall on the left. I do have little mirrors, but they are currently up in the master.
